At Branzzy, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• The product is damaged
• The product is defective
• The wrong product was delivered
To be eligible for a return:
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused and in original packaging
• Original invoice or proof of purchase is required
Returns requested after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Used or worn products
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Products without original packaging
• Sale or discounted items
Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
• The product will be inspected
• If approved, the refund will be processed
Refund method:
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit
• For prepaid orders, refund will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds usually take 7 to 10 working days to process after approval.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
Shipping Cost
• Return shipping cost will be borne by Branzzy only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items
• In all other cases, shipping charges are non refundable
